will this psu (Corsair TX-650M Modular Power Supply)
be able to power this build at 100% with no stress?

If you already have it - ok, but if your are going to purchase a new PSU, I'd get something 750w-850w for SLI/CrossfireX in the future.

The TX-650 can handle sli gtx680s and a 3820 no problem. even OC'd.
