If anyone wants to change your vote to the CM suggestion please post in here and let me know

Yup. Definitely like the Suggestion window panel much more than either B or C. Consider my vote changed. tongue.gif

same here i prefer that suggestion as well.

I really hope they'll do C, because all the other options hide the graphics cards complely. If a case has a window, it should show as much as possible what's inside!

I like B because it allows for use of the GPU fans and shows off a good amount of the pc in the same time C would look great because its sure to show off most of the case

Hi guys,

Thanks for the feedback, as we mentioned on the Cosmos II club the cost for the window alone manufactured is totally different than a normal side panel. For reference take the Cosmos II price, and divide it by 6, that should be the cost of the aluminum window panel alone.

Aside from cost, what special features would you like on the panel?
- Semi reflective coating
- Tinting
- Polycarbonate
- Acrylic
- Included fans

Why not suggest some other features.

Make the window frosted....that would make this case look so cool. Also with the fans please keep the fan slots for the gpus and I have a suggestion for the fans mounting arangement. Could you make it so that the actual fans can sit deeper into the side panel? I say thise because of two reasons.
1. You can get better air flow by having the fans right next to those filtered slots on the side instead of that half inch of dead space to pull air through, this would also help for fans with lights to let the side of the case glow you could say.
2. This would make it possible to let us hide our fans cables in the side panel an keep it flush instead of forcefully hiding the fans in the current side panel. I just did that a day ago and that way a real hassel. Make the plastic insert that you attach the fans to use the same type of style for taking off and re attaching to the side panel but leave the 2 gpu fans spots empty and try to let us imbed them for better performance and looks as well as cable management.

I truly think that this side panel will prove to be the best one on the market do to all the ideas we are putting into it. Also that new suggested concept is a great idea for us who have future water cooling ideas.

As a side note on the frosted window idea could you make it where its like ice frost coming inward from the edges? And make it frosted....not quite sure on the other options for the window reflective doesn't sound that great to me. If you did tinting could we have it be colored tint for us going color themes? Also what's the difference between polycarbonate and acrylic??

Thanks again CoolerMaster for all the support! And the information! thumb.gif

I have some really flashy video cards with a full cover block that's lit up with red LED's, what I would like to see is the gpu side fan mount be part of the acrylic window and leave the HDD side intake. That way you keep the symmetry with only one set of black intakes on both of the side panels.
Demo pic here, The window needs to have fan mounts for those with air cooling.

Images pasted from multiple sources
Image shown with a air cooled setup. Not mine, and no side fans installed.

Or the windows material be like the Cosmos S but without the fan
I have one currently and the mesh window is one of it's greatest features

Or a smoked side panel something like this

Would love to see a Tinted Acrylic side window that is big enough to show the entire motherboard (cpu, memory and video cards)

i like the tinted idea as well, not so much with the frosted though, not much point in having a window in the case if its going to be frosted so you cant see inside. the more i see pictures with the bigger window and no fan mounts, the more i like it. having the GPU fans is nice, but i dont think there will be any way to make it look good mounted to a window, especially if the fans power cables are showing
