This was a quick 3d mark 11 run at my daily cpu clock with card on Normal Bios, no settings touched. Ambient temps are around 77 degrees fahrenheit.

NOTE - Loop was totally stripped 6 hours ago, still have bubbles floating around. Australians use celsius, if you're confused re my afterburner.

Max temp seen on stock bios/stock settings was 100 deg on core @ 1229 mhz ~ 1.22v. Max temp on memory was 89 deg, VRM max at 105 deg.

Screenshot

Plan to wind this baby back up to 1492 mhz to get my damn 13k 3dmark11. Also interested to see how this block goes on my 2hour BF3 sessions on stock bios, +0mv at 1300mhz.

Well I was going to post a few pics, but now I don't have too eh? I remember when I first bought this card, everyone was like don't do it cus there will be no good water blocks. But I was 680 Lightning bound as my old 580 Lightning was just too awesome and it was one of the few cards with voltage control. Now I feel... Justified!! biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

I'll save that for my STH10 Build Log. I have lots of special plans in motion for that project. Someone needs to post a Twin Connected SLI pic though. These are more heavy then I would have thought, no doubt normal for GPU copper blocks, but still surprising to me (it's my first GPU water block). Upon first impression, they seem a smidgen heavier than the stock heatsink fans even. I may design some sort of support system in my STH10.

Might be a little late asking but how's the overclocking going now? Getting good temps with high voltage? I have gtx 680 lightning's in sli and the temps are getting to be a real ***** even with all the air cooling and fans in my case....really leaning towards water cooling especially after seeing your temps

Since this thread i've moved the rig into a phase case, added a second waterblocked 680 Lightning (1470+ capable) to work in SLI.

Max temps seen during an Australian summer were around 44 degrees celcius on the core, so basically they run cooler then a cucumber and have since day 1 smile.gif

One thing everyone should be wary with regards to these particular blocks is that they oxidise on the outside like mad. Both blocks are less then a year old and basically a flat matt barely orange finish.

Holy cow, those are some good temps!! Saw your phase case build, gotta say I'm impressed. Would you reccomend these aquagfx blocks or the EK offering?
