Cpu stability

Ok well, after a while i'm able to get my i5 3570k to 4.5ghz with offset +0.005v and turbo of +0.027 (not sure about the zeroes in the numbers if it's wrong just disregard them). Anywho i haven't bsod'd crashed etc yet.
But i'm trying to test for stability, prime95 on blend uses barely any ram, and only IBT uses all of the ram. The ivy stable club requires that i run about 12 hours of custom/standard blend, but as i'm unable to use all my ram (no matter what i do i cant seem to get prime to use anymore than 4gb ram) is IBT on maximum for 20 runs generally a good indication that my rig is fairly stable?

For prime95 are you choosing custom and changing the ram amount yourself?

The best way to test for stability is to use a bit of everything like prime95, Intel burn test, occt etc.
