HTPC Build Model for local production?

Thread Starter
I have been building HTPC systems for a little while now, and our house is now powered by an HTPC in almost every room. As I have had neighbors, family, friends, etc. all comment on how incredible our setup is, I have been mulling over the idea of putting together a build that would work well for the average (inexperienced) end-user. I would basically be building these with a small markup for my time invested as more people were interested and wanted one. I have invested well over 5,000$ at least into our setup, but the following build would be as low cost as possible while still providing the most powerful/feature rich system possible.

Please give me any thoughts/feedback/etc. on the build, as I do plan to use this as my model for building these for other people. I was quite happy with the amount of performance I was able to squeeze into the package for a mere 275$ or so. If it looks good, I also welcome anyone to use it for their own low budget HTPC builds as well, especially with any improvements made by the OC.net members.

my thoughts, others may disagree
spring for a 300Mbps adapter, only like 5 dollars more
probably only need 2gb of ram
is it supposed to be always on? if not, 30gb ssd would be good
idk how the psu is that comes with that case. seems sketchy

I'll agree with the upgrade to a 300Mpbs wireless NI. the more bandwidth the better but really depending on your customer it may be an unnecessary extra 5 dollars. How many households have a N router that aren't tech savvy? But it would be nice if you gave the customer an option.
