Hopefully this case will go all the way to the Supreme Court, so the decision won't be made by a group of people that decided to award Apple full damages because they thought the case was too big for them to comprehend.

Not really, the original Galaxy S was nowhere near the iPhone 4. The GS2 matched it and now imo the GS3 is better than any iPhone ever made

The Galaxy S and SII were being compared to the iPhone 3G and 3Gs

Tell me how a phone released in 2011 (GS2) is compared to a phone released in 2009 (3GS)?

Please research your information before you post it, a simple Google search would have been sufficient enough to make you avoid an embarrassing mistake like that.

This entire case was about the Galaxy S and SII copying the look and feel of the 3G. Also, instantly resorting to slinging crap. I guess we can see how civilized you are.

If investors in the world are seeing the case like we are here, as a potential buying point for the companies stock, they will make more than the damages of the lawsuits in share value alone.

Better believe there are people/groups out there just waiting on a call saying a block or blocks are on the market. Electronics components, TVs, monitors, phones, tablets, home appliances. lighting, LED lighting, DVD players, all types of cameras and on and on.... They've got the infrastructure in-place and a top-tier brand. Samsung is a solid investment any way you cut it.

is "in the green" an actual business term? I've only heard of black and red.

Apple congratulated the court “for sending a loud and clear message that stealing isn't right."

Ironic, no? tongue.gif

Anyways, I'd love to see this crap stop from all sides, patent this, lawsuit that. sleepysmileyanim.gif

Great another repost of a useless video for the millionth time on these forums.

P.S. Jobs was quoting Picasso for a reason I don't think you can fathom.
