make sure you are using the yellow 12-volt wire from PSU.
red is 5-volt.

But here is the problem, I have moded to MOLEX red on 1st from right, than black, but my new pump refuses to start madsmiley.png , when I read manual it stand operating voltage "8-24V", start voltage 8volt/VDC, but MOLEX is just 5VDC righ, how can it power 8V++ pump? Is it any way that I can get the pump operating fromnMB/PSU?
Currently without desktop pc, coz pump won't start. Please help
Since you're using the red cable, you're only getting +5V from the molex connector. You need to use the yellow (+12V) connector.

OK! Sounds good! But I dont really want begin to mod my AX850 PSU.
Did you mean to connect to MOLEX YELLOW like on picture and black remain beside the RED MOLEX?

Which black lead doesn't really matter, both are grounds. Usually, you see the yellow and the black beside it used, but, that's just to keep things tidy and consistent.
