The phones that Apple wants banned contribute a large part of Samsungs overwhelming smartphone marketshare. That is part of the reason Samsung wins by a landslide in marketshare, options.

You guys aren't seeing the big picture.

Yes, the phones are dated, but this is going to set a precedent on future bans on future and possibly more current phones. Wouldn't surprise me to see the Galaxy SIII being banned in the near future.

3 were utility patents.

Also, answer me this: How did Samsung get FINED for a device, the jury did NOT find infringing?

Unless Apple comes up with something new pretty soon, they can kiss the mobile market goodbye. Samsung is destroying them with better ideas and much better implementation of said ideas. Apple is running out of things to sue for, and they are so busy looking backward they are giving up their future.
