MaxRevo 1500w won't boot

Just exchanged my motherboard, and corsair ax1200, due to power issues. Got new mb, and enermax psu, 1500w. Everything is connected perfectly, CPU, mb, etc. PSU clicks 4 very quick times and shuts off. Fans try to begin spinning but don't even get that far. I just spent over 5 hours putting this pc back together, and I've about had it. I need advice. Please help. Will not boot pc at all.

sounds like bad ground // cpu 4+4 isn't plugged in
I would manually test the psu first or test with known good equipment

Take it all out of the case, put it on a non-conductive surface and try again, something may be shorting.

Tried with 2 different cables, double checked both ends, no effect.

Could this also be a RAM issue? I am not sure.
Definitely try with a known good psu though.
