despite looking at your DP for about 20 seconds I will offer my 2c
I use the blue led black fans that came with my Antec 1200 on my rad, integrated 3 stage speed control is a pretty decent bonus. If you can pick a few of these up cheap i'd suggest it. Else you can get right into the CFM and db of fans and research for years.

I really don't know much about fans, I am going to have to replace the 220 or 240mm thats in the top of my Level 10 GT so I have to put 2 120mm's in instead and I want them to be blue LED so it can match my case (I have the snow edition) So what fans are good? I've heard the Scythe and Cougars are good but I can't find any that are blue led

The h100 only comes with 8 screws but you only need 2 screws per fan so it has enough. I don't know about good led fans, but on my h100 I use 2 of the stock ones together in push/pull and 2 slipstream fans together http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185060 in push pull and it keeps my 3570k at 4.8 ghz a cool 60C while folding. You want to look for something with high CFM

I don't feel safe with only 2 screws holding in each fan (this is my first build so I want it to work and it will be liquid cooled) and I need blue LED's just so it can fit with the theme
