Has anyone goten a reply email in the past few months from EK or BP?

I had everything setup with BP but they stopped emailing me all of a sudden a few months ago. Same with EK.

Anyone else have this problem?

Oh, that's probably because they have had to halt shipments to distributors for the past few months, and likely won't resume shipping for a few more, due to their wise decision to give me a "Full Sponsorship", which is nice and all, but what am I going to do with the 75,000 fittings and 5,250 blocks I've already received?!

Now, if only I could get a company to give me a bunch of free stuff... I am not an experienced modder or anything, so I am going to practice as much as possible.
I have been sponsored by a number of aftermarket/performance parts manufacturers (BMW parts, specifically) because I was building the car anyway and I guess they figured that having their name associated with a (not to brag, but really quite extensively and professionally) modified Bimmer and the advertising that provides, especially as the car is now essentially a track car that is streetable and sees a lot of track time, was more valuable than the few thousand dollars each from a one-time sale. It's been a few years though, and I must be rusty wink.gif

I have been sponsored by a number of aftermarket/performance parts manufacturers (BMW parts, specifically) because I was building the car anyway and I guess they figured that having their name associated with a (not to brag, but really quite extensively and professionally) modified Bimmer and the advertising that provides, especially as the car is now essentially a track car that is streetable and sees a lot of track time, was more valuable than the few thousand dollars each from a one-time sale. It's been a few years though, and I must be rusty wink.gif

Well just get a few projects under your belt and I'm sure you can get some too.

They sponsored my last build. I just emailed them with a proposal, they liked it and the process began. Start to finish takes a long time with them though.
