i7-3770k overclock

Hello OC.net..

I have just gotten myself an i7-3770k processor and I would like to overclock it.

My current motherboard is an Asrock z68 pro3 gen3 (flashed bios so i could use ivy), and my cooler is an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2. Right now I'm running at stock settings and my temps are fine, but I would like to know how high you guys think I'm able to go and what settings I need to change in order to reach ~4.5ghz if possible? I've also got 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz ram.

Your voltages will be lower is the only difference.

At work atm, so cant open youtube links.. Is it a step by step guide as to how he overclocks the i7-3770k or? Or is he using a sandy bridge which is why my voltages will be lower?
