I have no idea where to post this:

what is better generic/ cheap branded "500w"avr or the power sockets

this in my current build:

i3-2320
asus p8h61m-le
2x2GB 1333 DDR3 RAM
sapphire hd7770
and 3 120mm case fan and 1 140mm case fan

the "500w avr" in unrealistically cheap, just a bit over $6

Can you elaborate on what you're asking here?
The only thing I can gather is that you're asking for a suitable UPS (inferred by the use of AVR in your post)...
