I had some more yesterday. While I was watching a movie again. First it got frozen. I restarted and after some mins I had bsod. Can it be from hdd? I discovered that my one of my IDE pins on mobo is a bit curved. But chkdsk didn't show anything strange.

hello,
go in to bios and set it to default setting, try that movie again and see if it bsod's, if it dose test you ram as it might well be that. test strip by strip with memtest and you need to do 5-7 passes for each strip.
