Finally. I was wondering when Google was going to use its newly acquired patents from Motorola against Apple. Its about time someone gave it to them :-) I know Motorola patents are one of the very first and oldest too. Apple has this we are better than you attitude.

Also: http://www.fosspatents.com/2012/08/googles-motorola-mobility-lays-off.html -> "Another possible motivation on Google's part is that the acquisition of Motorola Mobility has not been money well spent so far."

So even with Samsung losing to Apple, both are still the biggest makers of mobile devices and Motorola is losing traction fast. This is Motorola gasping for air to stay relevant.
