Witcher 1 & 2 recommended Mods

I'm planning on playing through Witcher 1 again shortly (haven't in about a year or two) and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for mods for the game or for the Witcher 2.

Regarding the first Witcher, other than the enhanced edition/directors cut stuff, Polish language pack (if you dont already have it installed) and maybe an SMAA injector, I don't really think the game needs much in the way of modding.

I have considered some combat mods, but most of them break more than they fix, IMO. I would really like a Witcher 2 mod that disables auto/sticky targeting, but haven't seen anything that does this.

Yeah, I didn't get into Witcher 1 until the enhanced/directors edition had come out, but always noticed on some of the W1 mod communities the large amount of mods kicking around there.

Witcher 2 I haven't gotten to playing the enhanced version yet but will once I play through W1 again. Truly great games and am looking forward to if/when they released the third.

Also would love to see more novels come out (either translated into english or just in general).

There is official mod support coming for the Witcher 2 in a few months. Looking forward to that myself.
