On my Athlon 64 4000+ 9n overclocked 600mhz to 3.0, I would like to see if emplying CPU frequency scaling could be nice. Any thoughts?

A Linux thing, not a clue, perhaps an inquire in the LInux section.

same CPU here, only with a much worse overclock - what are you using?

I was using 250*11, and i've seen water getting the "big 3", but your the first i've seen using air - are you just lucky, or what?

BTW, if that is a Linus app for the = of CnQ, most have difficulties combining CnQ with OCing and avoid it.

I can set up cpu freq on linux no problem, I was wondering if there for more general things in terms of cpufreq + ocing that I should look out for.

As far as my overclock goes, I use a zalman 9500, asus a8ve, and a voltage of 1.4875.

I had stability issues with Cool n' Quiet and my OC, but maybe that was just me.
