A Right Click Issue with Mice In-Game

I'm having issues with my right mouse button. If I click with it while in games (generally to move the screen around) it will instead of clicking in the game, activate the RMB context menu on the windows desktop. No idea why this is happening.

My mouse is a Logitech MX Revolution.

My MS Wirless 3000 mouse does this with the middle click(brings up the ALT-TAB menu in XP and win7). If there is any game out there that uses a middle click that cannot be re-mapped, i can't play it anymore.

Hopefully someone well have a fix, as I've tried everything i can think of to fix it too!
