Doenst matter, the clocks differ a little but thats easy to compensate from within CCC or Atitool (when the x1950pro is supported of course ). The Sapphire card is less thick then the powercolor one but the powercolor has an accelero cooler on it which makes it harder to place.

Powercolor review here:
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/200...950_pro/1.html

Sapphire review here:
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/200...950_pro/1.html

Just depends on what you find more important. The customer care from Sapphire and the durability of the cards they make is very good. I had a 9700Pro from Sapphire which still works eventough the 9700Pro's my friends had from other brands have died already. Last week ive bought a x1950pro from Sapphire and I must say im very very happy with it.

The Gigabyte X1950 Pro is one of the highest clocked cards.
The HIS X1950 Pro is the king of the hill in std clock speeds.
The PowerColor is clocked at 600core clock speed.
The Sapphire is clocked at 580 core ane 1400 memory.
The ATI is the lowest of all in clock speeds.

The HIS X1950 Pro is clocked higher than the review sites could take any of the other 1950 Pro cards.

These cards do not OC well. I read a lot of reviews and the memory on these cards are set to max at about 1400.
The core on any does not go higher than 621 if you are lucky enough to get a good card.

You are talking about differences of 20mhz per brand
Doesnt matter which brand you have. Why pay 50$ for a 20mhz higher clock speed

The Asus X1950 Pro has a good cooler (they all do pretty much) and a good support.

The Sapphire because it's cheper than most, and one of the higher clocked cards. As others have said, though, mine doesn't OC very well. I was looking forward to OCing a video card seriously for the first time, but it crashed 3DMark with minimal overclocks (580/700 to 600/725)

WOW X1950Pro S*cks for OCing.
that mean my friend's 7900GT SLI with High OC can Smoke X1950pro CF.
If both stock i think the 1950pro CF is faster But after OC The GT will be faster.
NVM than I give up on this cards. Just wait for the R600.

Thank You SOO MUCH for all the Reply.

The HIS card will most likely be a faster brand of card and would be the better choice. However IMO the most trustworthy brand there would be Sapphire but in this occasion i would reccomend the HIS for its faster clocks and better stock cooler.
