Is there someway to quiet an ST65ZF?

I have an old Silverstone ST65ZF power supply. It's quite loud. Is there a reasonably straightforward inexpensive way to modify it to be much quieter?

unfortunately no. that is an older unit that still use the 80mm fans instead of the newer units that use 120mm/140mm fans. so it's going to be loud due to the HIGH RPM it has to spin to keep cool. you can try putting another 80mm on the intake side and make it a push/pull, but i doubt it will make much difference in terms of how loud it will be at high loads.
