[SOLVED] New board for my new 965 - Page 2

Ok new question now. If you had a choice which one: The 990XA-UD3 or the 990FXA-UD3? Doesn't seem to be too much of a difference except the PCI-E (I don't plan on running more than 2 video cards like ever). The biggest difference for me is $20 (I know it's not much but I'm on a tight budget).

The FXA essentially has dual x16 PCI, while the other is x16, x8

Price difference is a little substantial. The FXA is all black, which looks kinda nice tongue.gif

I'd personally go with the XA.

I've been thinking about that also, to upgrade from 970 to 990 really isn't that much of a jump from what I've read.
