Long story short, we have a computer in one of the classes at school that is pretty much useless as of now.
Some genius opened up the side panel, which set off the little dinky "Tamper-Proof Switch", which locks everything up until you go into the BIOS to clear it.
Once you click F1, and clear the message, you get the popup for the BIOS password, otherwise the settings won't be saved.
Since we're a school that just left the school district, getting in touch with the district tech support is pretty much hopeless, and our inhouse IT has no idea what the password could be.
-I tried pulling the BIOS battery, but that only gave us another error message..
Model is a IBM Thinkcentre M51 (8143BFU)
Any help would be awesome. (Has a Pentium 4, so it's a bit stronger than the dinky celerons we have)
