Help: Website to teach Windows basics

My company sells products that rely on our unique software which runs on Windows. I have to teach some of our customers how to use our software and I am finding that many of them can barely operate a TV remote and they have no "basic" skills for working on a Windows computer. I cannot spend my time teaching somebody to copy and paste, open a folder, save to their desktop or My Documents, open the Start Menu, etc..

Is there a good website that I can recommend to my customers that will teach them the basics of using a Windows computer?
