So I've had this cooler for a few months now. I take apart every month or so, and clean it with a vacuum, got cats.
Anyway, I was wondering if there were quieter fans available? Can't seem to find similar fans anywhere, even by using the model number on the fans themselves.
Since we're on the subject, is there a way to (safely) reverse the airflow? I honestly can't tell at this point if my laptops single fan is a pull up, or push down type, even under load. If I ever find that out, I would love to match is with the cooler; so if it's a pull upward fan, then we're all set, if it's a push downward fan....I dunno if it's detrimental to the life of the laptop or not, but I'd love to match the airflow pattern.
