The 3770K to be clear. Phase unit is showing -40C at the Evap while the CPU hits 40C after 140 seconds of wPrime at 5.2GHz 1.6V.
None of my previous chips have been like this, neither my 1090T or FX 8120 (Only had for a couple of days).
There's no issue with short benchmarks as it hasn't got enough time to heat up and stays far below 0C.
The only fix would be to delid the CPU, running IHS less with liquid metal TIM would most likely improve things further too.
It's the same under water too, under load I'm hitting 92C with apparently very little heat dump into the loop.
Here's the setup:

Also everyone likes a frosty Evap!

Here's a poor 5.5GHz CPUz, I only took it because I needed something to show for 20 minutes of Phase.

Think I need some more insulation here! This turns to water once you get going so make sure to put a cloth here to soak it up.

Very big heatload.

pretty sure all the 3770Ks are binned higher..You should get moar out of it than that...even if it's an outer-wafer chip..which I doubt..I think they made all those the 3570Ks
