Chips can run that voltage for as long as you want until you delid them (as long as they're properly cooled).
For example, take a look at every member of HWBot running a IB chip. Most of them have run the same chip multiple times with no degredation at all... myself included with two dice runs and three LN2 runs with this chip and it still has the same 6.315GHz clock wall that it's had from day one.
The only ones that degrade have seen over 2.0V or have been delidded.

totally disregarding bass n FtW's advice.. I bought the thing 50% to delid it
I prefer knowing what's there to wondering if there's an empty spot in the solder on my chip.
