Not sure if this is a repost but just noticed XSPC has released a new version of their GTX 680 Waterblock which resembles the GTX 670 block and looks very nice indeed:

Damn I might have to swap my V1 XSPC blocks out for these lol!

These look to cover a little more surface area then the V1 blocks but the evga backplate should work np like it did for me.

The question is why has XSPC still not released a full covergae backplate yet?

This does look much better than XSPC's past full-cover blocks... but I do wonder if they retooled it to perform the part, their blocks tend to have mediocre VRM cooling performance. Not that you'd know on a 680, bundy told me those don't have VRM temp sensors...

I have already purchased both the block and backplate so I will be able to answer that question in a few days. It looks like it should work... being full cover the holes are in the same places.
