I would click the red flag to report it and then type in a brief request of deletion including a brief explanation as to why you need it deleted.

I won't recommend marking it as held because as far as I know, that's exclusively for spam.

I don't think members can outright delete their own reviews; if it's just that Corsair Vengeance kit review I'm able to remove that, let me know if that's the case.
