Hi,
my extended top and pedestal arrived today, but the top will not fit straight:

What can i do to straighten that? or would it need to be returned?

Ok, i THINK i have found the problem, the back left corner fitting ( the one that clips into the case ) is having to pull the top down too far to fully fit which is pulling it back at the front. i think the screw that the fitting is attached to is a little bit small, so i will go get some washers and see if that works.

unfortunately, the washers made no difference, it is the top itself, it is warped frown.gif time for an RMA

It's hard to tell, but from the picture, it looks like the ball studs aren't lined up with the receivers. The extended covers take a little more practice to get everything lined up correctly. try to position it so the rear edge lines up with the back of the case. It could also be that the support struts were damaged in shipping somehow. frown.gif The covers are test fitted here before they ship.
