Thread Starter
I have SBC/AT&T 3MB internet and since yesterday it has been going slow, then fast, then back to slow. So today i decided to go to speedtest.net and test it. Im still getting regular speeds but it says im in the middle of kansas....and my ip is really strange.

you probally have a dynamic ip address, it changes from time to time for better security. Also your isp may of been doing some work to the service and hence the weird speeds and new IP

if you're not in kansas, maybe you're running a proxy ? Proxies do slow down your speeds
