** UPDATE: 17/10/2012 **
For those people that don't want to read through the whole thread to find out what happened with the RMA process, here is a quick summary.
Corsair initially offered me a replacement or refund for the H100, $150 for my damaged GTX 670 and a free 120gb SSD drive (in the end I did not claim damages for the motherboard).
Note that according to a new Corsair policy, the $150 offered for my damaged GTX 670 was was maximum amount of compensation they could offer for a damaged GPU. It was this new policy of limiting compensation given for parts damaged by a leaking cooler (or in some other situations) that caused the most contention on this thread as it seems that prior to this thread most people (including myself) were under the impression that they would get full compensation for parts damaged by a leaking Corsair closed loop cooler as that had been the case in the past.
However, approximately 7 weeks after starting this thread, numerous emails to Corsair, some involvement from the shop I purchased the H100 from, assistance from CorsairGeorge, and most importantly, overwhelming support and interest from a lot of people on this forum... Corsair finally agreed to compensate me in full for both the H100 and the GTX 670.
It is not clear to me where things currently stand with the new policy of limiting compensation given for damage to components now though I think it's fair to say that Corsair will treat and evaluate any case on an individual basis. If I hear anything else about it I will update this thread.
For those that would like to know how it all unfolded in detail, read on....

So after years of thinking about building a new 'dream' computer I finally made a start on it. The system is less than a month old and up until last night it seemed to be working fine, then the graphics card started playing up and I was getting BSOD every time I booted up.
So I open up the case and discovered that my brand new Corsair H100 cooler had been leaking onto my brand new Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce 3 graphics card and also onto/into one of the heat sinks on my brand new ASUS P9x79 Pro motherboard
My situation is almost identical to the one that Tybotikus has in this thread: http://www.overclock.net/t/1223748/help-h100-leaking-need-advice
I have a lot of respect for Corsair and the quality of their products. So much so that I chose a Corsair case, psu, ram and cooler for my build. I was tossing up between doing a custom cooling setup or using one of the closed loop cooling solutions. In the end I decided I would play it safe initially and use a closed loop system as I was worried about leaking if I did a custom cooling loop. I understand leaking CLC's are very rare though. I have the worst luck it seems.
Anyway, I now have to start the "probably" long, frustrating process of RMA'ing. I've never done it before. I only hope that Corsair will cover me for the damaged graphics card and motherboard as I spent all the money I can afford on this build.
