Exactly why I just bought a H100 and 800D.... and an AX1200. I'll pay more for peace of mind any day of the week. Corsair is a great company.

Thread Starter
Just a quick update.
I now have some forms to fill in to start the RMA process for the faulty H100. I'm at work at the moment and don't have the serial numbers in front of me so that will have to wait until I get home tonight. I also have a form to fill in for the damage claim for the video card and the motherboard. I am a bit concerned about a part of that form regarding the maximum compensation given for various components but will go through the process and see how it all pans out. Thanks to everyone who has help and taken an interest. I'll keep you all posted on the outcome.

George always takes care of us Corsair users, you're in good hands with him here.

oh god, this is why i always feared liquid cooling.. leaking, not simple leaking in the case, but on vulnerable parts such as the graphics card / motherboard / PSU.

wish you best of luck with help/RMA. This thread just makes me feel better to stay away from liquid cooling to stay away from such incidents.

mixing H2O and expensive electric computer hardware is always dangerous.
EDIT: To help you with your situation, i would say take these pictures as evidence, RMA the H100 and then show them the pictures you have taken of the graphic card and damaged parts and ask them to repay you for the damage since its not your fault.
