Meanwhile at the big companies royalty room
Apple enters.
Samsung enters.
Apple: Hey guys we want $40 for rounded corners.
Samsung: umad that's far too much.
Apple: OK well sue.
Samsung: for the most ridiculous patent in history? Here we go again. -___-
Google enters.
Apple: oh gawd
*apple clears conversation*
The G: Hey Apple could you give us 2.25% share for patents in actual technology?
AAPL: U mad? That's like $14, WAY too much.
G: FYI, we saw the conversation with Samsung, if you think $40's fair for rounded corners then you must agree $20 on a max'd iPad should be fair.
Apple: But it's not!!!!
Apple has turned on sulk mode.

That means that Apple has ZERO chance of winning the lawsuit from Google. Yes Apple is very scared currently as Google virtualy holds the companies future in their hands.

Consider that court battle has already taken place and Apple won I highly doubt it buddy

Nope, it's jsut decided that they're not standards-essential and handed it to a judge. And I HIGHLY doubt they won't find apple guilty. Plus, they have many others.

I don't see this happening unless Google has something major up there sleeves that can really mess up Apple. In which case, I believe they would sue Apple(as they have done) rather than look to work things out. Don't know what to make of it, but I think these talks will fall apart, mainly because of Apple's nature to be controlling.

Why? Are you too scared to think about what you're doing? Google and Samsung have WiFi patents, notif bar patents, LTE patents, email notif patents... the list carries on.
