It shows 400mhz and it's 1:1.
I had it at other settings and showed 5:6 and it showed correct. Well if i can get more from them then i should stop.

Yeah, you were lucky with the RAM to get 450MHz FSB, I only got 425 with my DDR2-800 kit with 4x sticks for a total of 6GB.
You want 1066 RAM to push it further.. What brand etc of RAM do you have? I sold my Corsair kit(s) on eBay for $66 for 4GB and I know you can get some new/used 1066 for about the same in the US. I would have sold my RAM earlier and gotten 1066 if I knew that.

Mushkin 4GB DDR 2 800MHz CL4 XP2-6400 Frostbyte Dual Channel Kit 2 of them and 1 with 1GB.

I run at fsb 455 and last like 30min.

I'd sell them off, and you have a 1GB kit too? You should get a fair bit for them on eBay and buy some 1066 RAM here. The reason for eBay is i've found I get heaps more for stuff on there then here. I sold a Q9400 for $135 and here you can get a Q9550 for about $100 which is worth a fair bit more on ebay. (About double). It's not really scamming as they're bidding for it

I'd sit on the 1GB kit, and get 4/8GB of 1066DDR2 if I was in your boots. But 455FSB on those sticks is rather good. I guess you could try lowering your timings.

I might upgrade the desktop when ddr4 will be released so i won't change them. Thank you. I will try more settings maybe i will get stable for 455.

Personally I reckon we'll skip DDR4 and do DDR5 (similar to vRAM). But yeah, that could be a LONG way off. It might be sooner also, who knows.

You should work on 450 for longer than 30 minutes first... 30 minutes isn't stable. You need to put that thing through the gauntlet... Prime95 blend torture test should have that thing crying within an hour.

try 1.45VCore. still within safe limits. if stable, then go down until you hit the unstable point.

even numbered FSB is bad. go with odd numbered for greatest chance of stability

I've reach 500 but i could run it for like 30min-1h. The pc froze ram couldn't handle.
Now i have it at 467fsb 9.5 stable. For some reason higher won't go. I've got once stable at 4.50GHZ i've put again the same settings and it wasn't stable anymore.
