Case is a personal choice on looks.

I don't know if there is any specific drawback performance wise about that case... so, I'd say is up to you, unless anyone points out weak spots about that case.

Looks pretty good. I personally think the case is decent. But it's your own personal choice.

Also, instead of a 7900GT, how about a X1950XT?

What I would personally do is ditch the case all together and put the money that would be spent on it towards a 8800GTS, but that is just me

Can't you put the armor under your desk or beside it?
