Would this be enough to cool my AMD Phenom ii 965 BE and my GTX 480 or should I get more than this?

As a general rule of thumb, I would recommend at LEAST 120 of radiator per device cooled. More if you are going to be doing any sort of over clocking.
So if I were you, I'd be looking at least a 240 radiator (120x2) if not a 280 (140x2) or possibly a 360 (120x3).
My 2 cents.

The area of that radiator is already just shy of that of a 360 radiator.
Though you might run into stacking the heat and seeing temperatures that differ from, say, Processor > Rad > GPU > Rad and so forth, you will probably be fine.

What is the best way to water‐cool in the HAF 912?
There are two ways to water‐cool the HAF 912. While a 240mm radiator can be supported inside the chassis, there may be compatibility issues depending on the motherboard component height and radiator and fan thickness. For best compatibility there are additional mounting holes for a 240mm radiator to be installed above the chassis. There is also a separate hole for radiator cables. This offers best water cooling support in its mid‐tower class.

Here are some links from others who did water cooling with the HAF912 (which is a nice case, I have 3 of them ... all air cooled at the moment):

Others have mounted a 360 rad on the outside (usually on top, but sometimes on the back or side) and fed the hoses into the case from the back ports.
