I believe the XSPC Raystorm is the CPU block to beat right now. Also, consider the Swiftech MCP 655 pump kver your Koolance one. Maybe it is a great pump, but the Swiftech one is a tried and tested performer.

Your tubing might be hit or miss. Read here:

Yeah people saying Goods and No's ah well its $9 i can buy more, what my main concern is is this everything i need for a water cooling build? Is the pump good enough, might add GPU in the future or now not to sure. Do i need "barbs" "compression" etc...?
That pump will support a GPU added into the loop. As for fittings, it's your preference. Barbs are cheaper, but you generally need clamps while compression fittings work without the aid of a clamp.

Look into a kill coil or biocide.

Hey Socks,

always nice to see a fellow Aussie here. Now I can spell colour correctly in this post. smile.gif

I would recommend using coloured tubing instead of clear with dye. The dye can gunk up blocks and clear tubing can frost or yellow over time. I wasn't impressed with the colour of the Primochill blue tubing I first bought because it is purple in reality. I ended up using XSPC blue tubing and have been happy with that. Had to import it from performance-pcs.com though. Check it out here: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_413_1074&products_id=34223

Everything else looks good to me. Enjoy your build.

Hey Socks I'm located in Bendigo, that makes us practically neighbors!

Make sure you buy enough fittings (clamp or compression, I prefer compression) for your loop and try and visualize how you'd like the loop to look, you may need some 45 or 90 degree swivel fittings depending on your layout?

I'm not sure what that coolant is like so I won't comment on it, but if in doubt just buy coloured tubing and use distilled water instead. As ChrisTahoe suggests I'd also get a kill coil to help prevent bacteria they're only $6.50 at PCCasegear at this link, I bought all my bits from there too thumb.gif

Does anyone know what the included thermal paste is like with the EK Supremacy Full Nickel? - It says its called Gelid GC-Extreme (EKWB 1.6g)

Good luck in your water cooling endeavors, exciting stuff.
