DDR3 1600 11-11-11-28 is stock guaranteed to work.
Anything higher frequency or tighter timing is overclocked and will vary on chip quality of your ram, cpu, and mobo.
When I get my 250 rep, I'm changing my custom title to "Master of the Obvious"

Hence it will go in my title, as I constantly have to point out the obvious around here with questions such as these.
No one can tell you what your maximum stable overclock will be. I would suggest reading some simple overclocking guides.
Here is a nice guide written by a Gigabyte tech specifically for llano, and it has an adequate noob-friendly section for memory. It might even be worthy enough to go in my signature.

No need to nerd rage. Just read those guides again and be sure to pay attention to the part that says that no chip is identical so your mileage will vary.

no need to be an ass. yes every chip is different but we can at least give him an idea or estimate around what timings and frequency and voltage will get that ram stable. then he can push it from there.
the purpose is just to give him an idea, i asked this same question when i first got my ivybridge as i don't have any idea frequency/voltage relation with that chip

just finished building this new rig. my CASE is sgo8, MOBO is asrock z77e-itx, and CPU is 3570k. COOLER is gemin ii s524.
i'm aiming to overclock my CPU around 4.5ghz initially, and push it more later if my cooler can handle it.
i know that each chip is different but around what voltage should i set it to if i'm going for 4.5ghz overclock?

I hope you have two of those DIMMs in a pair because it won't matter much how far you overclock them if you only have one, as a single channel setup would be so severely bottlenecking the APU that you would be losing a big chunk of your all-around CPU/GPU performance. Granted, if you don't have a choice, clock it as high as you ridiculously can knowing that with every extra mhz you squeeze you get extra FPS. But if you want full A8-k APU performance.... dual channel, 1600Mhz. It should be a minimum standard.
