116 bsod is the GPU. It could either be drivers, heat, power, or just a dead / dying card. I really hate to say that too xD

I'd try reinstalling your drivers, if not, you should try and tell us what your temps are from your gpu. Both idle and under load.

The card isn't even 1 year old xD.

When i'm playing League of Legends i notice that the GPU fan gets realy loud but i don't get a BOSD.

Which tool shall i use that saves me the report even when i get a BSOD ?

That is a good question. I don't think you can really save the results, but rather remember them before the computer crashes.

Download MSI Afterburner, and use the OSD's (on-screen displays) in the options that will show you as you play your games what your clock settings are, your fan speeds, and temps. It's able to show more, but that's all you really need right now.

Is it an unstable overclock?

I never overclocked the Card by myself. When i'm using Furemark and make the stresstest everything works perfect but i think the reason why it works is that while running furemark the GPU is throttelt.
I raised the core Voltage from 1013 to 1026 and will see if that works

Edit : It didn't work. But i know now what the problem is, its overheating. The joke is its overheating while playing counterstrike with over 90 °C and its stable @ 79°C when i run a full stresstest with Furemark . I dont know what to do now

Try limiting the FPS in cs somehow?

The GPU is not even 1 year old, why shall i try to limitate the FPS in a game when i have a GPU which should handle it in easymode ?
Because if yore getting like 150+ fps or more, the card is working harder than needed. It's trying to push every fps it can. If you limit it to 100, the card will take it easier, and stay cooler. I don't know if it'll help, this just something I heard in bf3.
