The U2713 is automatically 10x better because it does not use the excessive anti-glare the U2711 uses.

It also has proper sRGB colour space coverage (games & movies use sRGB) while the U2711 is a wide gamut display that does not emulate the sRGB space properly. The U2713 has better pixel response times (less ghosting), lower input lag and 30% higher contrast/deeper blacks.

The U2711 is only superior for users who need a wide gamut display for use with colour managed applications, but there are way better similarly priced wide gamut displays
