<---- ACMT (Apple Certified Macintosh Technitcian)

When cleaning an iMac, you never blow air into the RAM slot. That is now where there is a vent nor where a fan is is located. You could have possibly damaged the logic board in some way by doing so (the logic boards on macs are fragile as hell FYI.

Although, blowing into the ram slot should not have done anything. Did you use a blower or a can of air? If you used a can of air and liquid shot out of it, you probably shorted out something.

Right now I can think of only the following to see if they do anything:

Reset to SMC. To do so, remove the power cord, then press and hold the power button for the 30 seconds. After that, let go and wait another 30 seconds. Then plug the power cord back in and see if it turns on.

If it still does not turn on, then you can assume 1 of the following (if not more):

Bad PSU

Bad logic board

Bad power button

Either way, the mac will HAVE to be serviced in a service center. Try to go to an Apple Authorized Service Center. If you got to an Apple store, they can point you to one. Go for the one that is at the top of the AASP list. Normally, they are the best in the area.

Don't disassemble an iMac unless you know what you are doing... Sometimes they are a major pain the butt to get apart (especailly the old white ones and even the newer ones).

Putting the LCD and glass back onto the newer, silver iMacs is also a pain in the ass.... Dust... I hate it.
