It's faster than a I5 2500k in most cases at stock, needless to say there is no mention of whether they are running the 8 core patch for windows. They are also using much more voltage than my 8120, on air at that voltage a bulldozer would heat up and throttle IMO.
Let's wait for a detailed review showing heat, overclock ability, a stable bios, etc to me this looks promising as we could see games utilising 8 cores soon my 8120 is already brilliant at bf3 with 10 -15% improvement it will be in my pc on launch day.
