Hi, thanks for checking out this thread. I have a LG Flatron W2442PE and I have my PS3 connected to the monitor via HDMI and use the headphone output on the monitor for speakers. The thing is that sometimes when I play games it starts to make REALLY LOUD noises through the speakers. Noises are random beeping sounds, tearing pitches, almost like an old dial up modems, but worse. It comes all of a sudden and it scares the crap out of me. The noise stops when I switch source to DVI and back to HDMI.
The biggest problem is that it's way louder than the game and it scares me to the point that I am actually scared to play anymore, because this is heart attack material
So if someone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
