The i5 3570K has an unlocked multiplier, but the i5 3570 doesn't. Does that mean the i5 3570 and it's owners should be shunned away by the community (as a concept; ignore the labels and such)?

I know you can do more than just that on an Android phone, but the idea remains (see edited post if you haven't) that the iPhone is also a piece of technology which provides the same fundamental services any other smartphone can provide which many members seem to neglect and fail to give heed to, just as an i5 3570 and an i5 3570K can be used for browsing, typing documents, etc.

Here's a more understandable situation: A GSIII has more features than an iPhone, but that doesn't mean the iPhone is a horrible product, and the people who bought one should feel horrible.

Sorry for derailing, all this Apple and Samsung news is getting to me head.

I really enjoy samsungs products. Phones, laptops, TV's, HDD's/SSD's...but anymore im seeing so much bad news like this and all of their serious copycatting , it really makes it hard to enjoy their products let alone support them. Feeling more and more like a fanboy every day mad.gif

@illusive snpr: They are not copycats.

You CAN overclock an i5 3570 actually... there are no chips that can't OC, because you can still OC a tiny bit using bclk and on the i5s and i7s, Turbo ratio.
