Koolance EHX-1050 = overpriced or worth the $$

im looking for a good performance EXTERNAL radiator for my first wc setup, and id really like to keep my current case. i saw the koolance EHX-1050 and liked it cuz you could mount it on the back of your case....but its 225ish. seems like a lot of money. anyone got any other suggestions for external rad? where to mount it and such (i dont want to mount on top of case, cuz i put external hdd and ipod and stuff there )

thx in advance

I dont think the Koolance stuff is very good at cooling....You would be better off building your own...I think Sladesurfer is going to sell his rig, the way he has it set up it is external, you might want to take a look at it....If you dont want that we will be glad to try and fix you up with something...Sladesurfer's new water cooling setup - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net

For what it is (1/4"ID cooling system) it isn't bad, but for the price it isn't worth it.
