Great OCer, had my Q9650 up to 4.5GHz.
Been used in a watercooled system its entire life (about 6-8 months).

Original box, accessories (sealed), paperwork included.
Pristine condition.

500FSB - the board can do it yes. My CPU needed too much voltage to sustain it.
RAM - Yes, that RAM is compatible.
