Again, this build is not about maxing out FPS or anything, if I wanted to make a gaming rig I would have went with Ivy or Sandy-E - This is a personal adventure, for me, into AMD territory - Of course there will be gaming involved - But also benching, VM and transcoding - Its in other words a "Jack of all trades", not superior in a single category but adequate in all departments.

get a fx4100(used maybe?) just to play with it, do some oc. like you are saying, this is just an experience so no need to put big money on it and with the budget i'm seeing, if you are chasing high perf pc you could easily go with intel. enjoy your amd adventure! thumb.gif
