Zowie EC1 Evo, really?

Thread Starter
It's so freaking hard to hold. What should i do? Should i just return this and get EC2 evo, or is there any other good "fixes" for this problem? I mean, sides of the mouse are just too damn slippery so i cant really hold it. EC1 was just perfect but it had jitter problems, i returned it and got this...

Any ideas besides throwing it out of the window

You could try to peel the coating off or wait for the white Versions, or get a Deathadder if LOD and shape of it isnt a problem.

Check out the AM.  It has a rubberized coating.

I've had two already, both of them got broken in six months. Never ever going to get one again.

Same boat as OP. So hard to hold. I'm using my DeathAdder with the tape over the sensor trick till I can get a new evo white. frown.gif

get the glossy versions, glossy sides/fullgloss/white ones

they're actually far more grippy for your hands, even if you sweat, this adds to the grip.

the only time it wouldn't is if you have really greasy/oily hands.

Idk I think the glossy ones are harder to hold if you sweat.

Depends on hands. I personally find glossy mice very grippy while others will be more comfortable with a basic rubber coating.

DA black for example slips out of my hands unless it's like 90 or so degrees in my room. Others that have naturally sweaty hands will be more comfortable ^^
