random sound wth?

Why do random sounds like commercials or music or people talking come out of my tv or pc speakers? My tv is used as a monitor for pc it's a 42"1080p hd tv vizio.....trying to play my game and I near random sound coming out of my tv that isn't my game....i updated my video card drivers to the latest version yesterday then it started...but its done this before as well...
