Urgent question about HWBOT submissions

Previousy I was using a X6 1055T in a Crosshair V and a ATI 5870.

I'm now using a X2 Sempron in a Crosshair V and a ATI 5870.

What I want to know is, can I submit all my new 3DMark "Not PCMark" scores again with my new CPU, even though I did before on my 1055T, CHV and 5870, or would it count as false, or cheating?

You can submit as many as you like but only the highest score in that category will get points
3DMark points (3D points) gives you gpu points
Pcmark, super pi. wprime, pifast etc(2D points) gives you processor points

If the score is worse no it wont improve your overall tally.
